Steve Rieger, Wholesale Director
Steve has worked for Vodafone for the past 14 years in a variety of sales management roles including GM of Business Sales, GM Northern Region, and GM Wholesale and New Business within the Strategy team.
In recent times Steve led the Vodafone response in partnership with Telecom to win the RBI (Rural Broadband Initiative) and is also heading the NFC initiative within Vodafone NZ that is working on the introduction of a mobile payments and mobile commerce ecosystem in a consortia with the other mobile network operators and Paymark representing the 4 largest NZ banks.
Prior to joining Vodafone Steve was General Manager of Exonet Software for four years and spent three years as COO of Ubix Document Solutions.
Steve is married to Shayne and they have 3 children.
David Diprose, Head of Partner Performance
David has worked in the telecommunications industry for 34 years, spending time in Telecom, Clear Communications, ihug & Vodafone. Starting out as an engineer, much of this time was in the technical arena, culminating in the role of GM Networks for ihug.
More recent experience has been in the regulatory & public policy areas & now partner performance management.
Paul Partridge - Head of Interoperability
Currently Head of Interoperability, Paul has worked at Vodafone and previously TelstraClear for a combined 18 years: in Wholesale, International Carrier Business and Finance. The Interoperability team looks after International Voice trading; domestic and international interconnect for voice, SMS and other mobility services; International and National Roaming; and buying arrangements for International IP transit.
Heather Jones – Customer Operations Manager, Wholesale
Heather is a highly skilled senior manager and is responsible for building and implementing the Wholesale customer experience function. With a strong
operational and transformation background in Telecommunications having held several management and change roles in Telstra Australia, Netway Communications
and Spark NZ, Heather brings to the role more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications. With a proven history of delivering operational
transformation and the ability to understand the business, its operations and its capabilities through the customer lens. Heather believes innovation
comes from having a customer focus and operational excellence. Heather studied at Waikato University where her MBA focuses were about several aspects
of general management.
